Bumping this post, hoping author Allen Weiss will take some time to address possible issues.
My issues happen to coincide with the plugin’s removal from ww.wp.xz.cn; however, I don’t think they are related.
Plugin worked just fine on atlantatechblogs.com while hosted on a regular cpanel server, but when I moved to a managed WP server, plugin started acting strange, as in:
– perhaps 10-20% of my feed items would update and become post drafts
– database will not update from diagnostics (times out after hours)
– check all feeds behaves similarly, timing out after going for hours
I spent 2 hours on tech support phone today, and they found no errors in any logs. Everything appears to be working correctly, but I’m missing dozens of rss items every day, which is the crux of my site, and thus kills all my traffic. No new links = no new traffic.
Auto post set for hourly; feeds updated every 30 minutes. Some feeds come through. Others simply never show up. If I go into edit mode on any individual feed, I can see the new items there in the feed item list, but they do not show up as posts (or anywhere else). If I save the feed, check for items, and save again, the items show up in posts. But I cannot do that for 240+ feeds.
Looking for advice here on what to poke next. Please help.

New bump, with updates. I made some adjustments to the settings in RSS Multi Importer, and now the database shows as updated today, feeds have come through into posts; however, when I click the “CLICK TO CHECK ALL FEEDS NOW” button in diagnostics, I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Error::error() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas08_data01/98/2512298/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-rss-multi-importer/inc/diagnostics.php on line 35
