Needs work and better testing by developers

The Chat popup takes up too much space on mobiles and does not take into account the size of the toolbar at the bottom of safari on iphones. This is a problem on smaller iphones and mobiles as the popup by default is too tall and cannot be closed easily.

Big UX problem!
