Negative balance problem

    Hello.
    I’m testing the free version.
    I’ve activated the negative balance option.
    I was expecting the wallet payment option to still appear for users without ballance, but it doesn’t.
    Why?
    Can the negative ballance usage be restricted to some users?

    Hello ,

    Thank you for sharing your query with us!

    In reference to your query , currently only admin can make user wallet negative in our free version and if you want user to use negative balance for payment even though there wallet balance is 0 then you can check our pro version for it.

    Also currently admin cannot restrict negative balance usage to specific user in our plugin.
