Nepalese Rupees Format

Nepalese Rupees comma different than in international currencies. 

I want to insert comma (,) in the number like as standard format of amount. In standard format 1 million writes as 1,000,000.00 but I want to write 10,00,000.00 ( this comma separation is done in Nepali Amount). First Comma is inserted after 3 digit like as Standard Format (English Amount) and then after every 2 digit comma should be inserted. Another example. रू. 5,20,00,000(Nepali Format) = 52,000,000(Standard Format). I’m using Classima theme. Is there any chance to get the currency format in this way for nepalese rupees?
