Hello @getbsm,
Thank you for reaching out.
I’ve analyzed the requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Some visitors’ parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This causes false positives. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please do the following:
- WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
→ set the “Set cookies” option to “Auto”;
→ set the “Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library” option to “On”;
→ Save Changes.
- Set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours (it’s important).
- Clear all the cache on your website.
Regarding the exclusion of specific forms, you can use the form field exclusion method. You can find the relevant guide here: https://cleantalk.org/help/exclusion-from-anti-spam-checking#wordpress
Alternatively, you can exclude the form by its form signs: https://cleantalk.org/help/exclusion-by-form-signs
We haven’t received your reply in a few days, so I’m going to mark this topic as “resolved”.
