nested pages plugin not working with custom post types

    I have checked the boxes in the settings to work for custom post types but the plugin isn’t showing up for those post types. Same thing for general posts. It is working for pages though.

    I got it working by changing hierarchical to true in the custom post types.. but it isn’t going to nested view by default on the custom post types. Is there a way to change that?
