Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to chatway.app because this website requires a secure connection.

What can you do about it?

chatway.app has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it.

If you are on a corporate network or using antivirus software, you can reach out to the support teams for assistance. You can also notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

    Hey @angelam1934

I sent you a few messages through your website using the Firefox browser and didn’t encounter any errors. Everything went through successfully.

Could you please let me know exactly how you’re seeing the error? If possible, sharing the steps to reproduce it would help us test it on our end. Just to reassure you, Chatway is completely safe to install and use on any website.

Also, if it’s more convenient, feel free to contact us through the live chat on our website at https://chatway.app/ (look for the widget in the bottom right corner).

    Best,
    Patrick
