Network activate caused fatal error

I have the same issue. In my case the following composer package uses Psr\Log\LoggerInterface:

“google/analytics-data”: “^0.22.0”

Which defines:

interface LoggerInterface
{
    /**
     * System is unusable.
     *
     * @param mixed[] $context
     */
    public function emergency(string|\Stringable $message, array $context = []): void;
...

Decalog uses this interface but defines a different signature:

public function emergency( string|\Stringable $message, array $context = [] ): void

 public function emergency( $message, $context = [] )

On line 333 the definition is different (types are missing) which causes the error.
