Network error

    Hi WordPress, Our website backend cannot update properly, especially its admin pages.

    Could you help? It either shows bar levels loading or shows a network error 503.

    This is disruptive to our work to update information online. Please fix the issue immediately as it has been recurring since 19 Febrauary 2018.

    For network issues, have you tried contacting your hosting provider?

    My hosting provider is wordpress itself.. but there are only support forum and no specific email to seek help from. This is the first time it occurs to have such prolonged issue. Never before with its loading process duration being so long and non-responsive.
