Are you talking about two sites in different language or are you talking about a multisite network setup? If not, can you please provide more information.

In my site “FR” I do not have the tab “Login Captcha” in the menu “Brut force”.
I just carried out a test in my dev multisite and I checked the sub-sites and the main site and I can see the Login Captcha tab.
Did you network activate the aiowps plugin or did you activate it individually in each multisite?

One point that I did not specify, I actually have 3 sites in my network:
http://my-domain/ (= root, use another theme and “Language Redirect” plugin)
http://my-domain/en
http://my-domain/fr
Hi, you need to network activate AIOWPS plugin. Please make sure you have networked activated the plugin.
If you can’t see the Login Captcha tab, then I suspect that there might be a conflict with a plugin or theme. Can you carry out a test. Can you disable all other plugins except AIOWPS, then check to see if you can see the Login Captcha tab. If you can, then you know there is a conflict. If you can’t see the Login Captcha tab then disable and delete the plugin. Install a fresh copy and carry out another test.

Disable all plugins, change theme (Twenty Seventeen) and reinstall the plugin.
All of this at the same time, still no tab.
Hi, that is very strange. What type of server are you running? What are the specs? When you install the plugin, are you installing the plugin via the main site or the sub-sites?
I found where the problem came from!
I just checked on other projects (with multisite), and I have the problem only in the French version, every time.
If I change the language of the administration the tab is displayed.

When the sub-site is in French and the plugin is activated, do you see all the other plugins tabs in French or English? Or is the Login Captcha tab the only tab that does not show when the sub-site is in French?
But, this is a bug in the plugin that should be corrected, I’m right?

Everything is in French and works properly (I checked others).
The problem is only on the Login Captcha tab.
I just did another test, it’s the tab .nav-tab-wrapper which is empty.
If I type url “?page=aiowpsec_brute_force&tab=tab3” I access it well.
