Network Solutions WordPress help

    I am very new to wordpress, and haven’t set up hosting to WordPress either so I need some help getting started. I’m setting up a site through Network Solutions, but I am unable to Configure the hosting package there. This is going to sound stupid, but I’m thinking the business I’m doing this for has the domain name, but hasn’t paid for actual hosting yet? This might account for the configuration option not showing up.

    Could this be the problem?

    I have an entirely separate problem but also use Network Solutions so I thought I’d ask here.

    My URL for my wordpress site is currently this http://02d17c6.netsolhost.com/ulyssesroot/ and I need it to be this http://www.thecompleteulysses.com

    I found some documentation that said I could go in and change this in the directory which I did. I went into phpMyAdmin and changed the siteurl and home to the correct address. It worked for my dashboard and home-page but when I tried to navigate to any tabs or other pages, an internal error occurred. I’m not sure what I’m missing but currently my domain name “thecompleteulysses.com” is not correctly connected to my site.

    Network solutions couldn’t do anything for me! PLEASE HELP
