Neve theme customization error 500

    Hello everybody

    I installed Neve theme and every time I go to the Customisation I have an Error 500.

    I don’t understand what is the problem.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have verified the vesion of PHP and MySql.
    I have uninstalled all of extensions.
    Nothing to do !!!

    Can you help please ?
