When in my workspace I attempt to clear the site’s cache with the “clear cache” button (obviously not in test mode), the button becomes a circle that moves without ever ending or returning to me the time and date of the clearing performed.

    Dear @francesco56p,

    Thanks for reaching out,

Do you per chance have any other cache plugins/Cloudflare cache or any other caching solutions that might be blocking Booster cache from being cleared?

    Hi Nikita.
Yes, my hosting provider has an always-on cache and, unfortunately, it cannot be turned off. That is also why I am looking into the possibility of switching to 10web.
    Any workaround, in the meantime?
    Thanks

    Dear @francesco56p, hello again,

We have checked and could find no issues with clearing cache from the side of our booster – you can check it on your side this way:

    1. In Chrome, visit a URL, right click, select Inspect to open the developer tools.
    2. Select Network tab.
    3. Reload the page, select the HTTP request with your website’s URL on the left panel, and the HTTP headers will be displayed on the right panel
    4. Find the header named x-two-cache-date then clear Booster’s cache and re-load the paga
    5. x-two-cache-date header should change its value reflecting the change of cache date

Please, let us know if there are still any issues on your end,

    Have a great day!
