Please disable all of your plugin except Wp user frontend and switch to a default theme. Let me know the result after cheheking this.

Upon disabling and switching to the default/original WP theme, the plugin works, however this plugin is useless, unless it can work on our theme.
I would like to buy the Pro option, if you can make it work for this section.

Unfortunately not, but it’s an issue using the app it self on a phone, rather than the browser :-/
hmmmm, the plot thickens..
I submitted a wpuf post from my iPhone using my current theme “GK portfolio”.
I got an error message that the image file was too big, and Safari browser was stuck on the pop-up and the “ok” button wouldn’t respond. So I had to clear the browser cache to get out if it!
But after I increased the allowed file size, I didn’t get the error, it worked as expected.
I suspect the frozen error screen is an issue with Safari, and not this plugin.
Yes, you’re right, it’s working much better now. Safari was the issue. Worked fine on Chrome for iOS also.
