    I could never get it to work. Support docs keep telling me to do the reset, which I did, and still not working. Moving on.

    There are several things that could be preventing Media Library Folders from working at your site, such as a Javascript conflict with another plugin or issues with file paths saved in your media library.     Hi Brent,

    Sorry you had trouble getting MLF up and running. Alan has responded to you.

    The first thing to do when you have an issue is to open a support ticket. We are very responsive with support and the vast majority of the time it is an issue with the setup of the user’s site. Occasionally we’ll find a bug, fix it and release the fix.

    But a 1 rating is damaging to free plugin like ours. Please consider using support and giving us an opportunity to get you up and running and revisiting your rating.
