I tried your new admin interface couple weeks ago and we all found it as very cumbersome. I cannot find now how to switch it back to the original. Could you tell me what to do? Thanks.

  • Hi @perties

    Thanks for reaching out!

Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    Thanks!

There is nothing wrong I just need to switch back to the classic WooCommerce admin menu https://snipboard.io/SWvyM0.jpg and I do not know how.

    Hi @perties

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Hmmm, on my personal site, this is how my WooCommerce Admin Interface looks like running on version 7.3.0.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Let us know how it goes!

You are complicating it. I found the setting. WooCommerce->Settings->Functions and uncheck ‘Adds the new WooCommerce navigation experience to the dashboard’

Navigating my personal site, this is what I’m seeing under WooCommerce > Settings , I am not seeing Functions and uncheck ‘Adds the new WooCommerce navigation experience to the dashboard’

If this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Thanks!

    Sorry:

WooCommerce->Settings->Advanced->Functions->Adds the new WooCommerce navigation experience to the dashboard

    Hi @perties

You can simply uncheck this box again and save the changes to go back to the previous admin interface.

Go to Woocommerce → Settings > Advanced > Features > And uncheck the option and save the changes.

You can take a look at this short gif: http://somup.com/c0Vqbaxb19

    I hope that helps!
