New at WordPress – plugin, domain, transfer

Dear WordPress community,
I never knew the difference between WordPress.com and ww.wp.xz.cn and recently found out I created my site at the wrong one (.com).
I have now looked into getting my own domain and hosting through Bluehost, recommended by ww.wp.xz.cn.

But before I do, I have a few questions:

1. Can I transfer my site from WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn (or bluehost?), so I do not have to do everything again?

2. If I decide to use a language translater plugin, so my site can appear in several languages, how will this affect the search results on fx google? Will I only show up when searching for the main-language, or can people also find my site just as easily if they search in their own language, if my site has been set up to translate into their language?

Really hope anyone here can help me out before I embark on this new hosting-journey!
