New BLOCK editing?

Hello. I’ve some medical issues and been away from my WP site for a while. I know have this new Editor with “blocks” I can’t see to make anything work Liked I use to . For example. I had a gallery plug in, but WP seems to be forcing me to use their “gallery” block. Ok so I started using it, but.. when I try to edit the LINKED URL of the image(s) system won’t let me delete the default url. The fields seems non-editable. I’ve tried a couple different browsers.

So I used WP gallery put in 6 images, but when you click on a selected image it takes you to the same image no matter which One I hit. Page: https://bposnerblog.com/the-c-word-me-and-art/ Scroll down to see 6 image gallery.
