Did you apply any of those categories to the posts that were displayed on your page? Also, you need to clear the cache before this and hit update in the filter set.

The categories have been associated with the filter, the cache has been cleared but it still does not work, the counter is always at zero.

In that case, the only option here is to extend the PRO support and write from the account where you purchased the plugin in PRO support section. So we can check it with the credentials access.
Here, it is not possible by forum rules.
This is possible only for the active support time clients in the PRO support section. If some developer/agency activates the plugin on your site and you do not have an account with a purchased plugin, you should make a request to this developer/agency.
