new chats delay

    Helo,

    I noticed that very often we hava a big delay between New Chat notification and time when conversation is actually available in a dashboard. For example i got nee chat notification at 14.00 and I tried to responde, but when i click on new pending chat in dashboard it is empty. And I can see it 1,5 hour later.

    The delay depends on your server configuration, but 1,5 hour it is too long.
