I’ve finally managed to install CSS & Javascript Toolbox. I click on the “New Code Block” button and I get the popup window but it contains a 403 error. Which file or folder do I need to check for permissions?

Its seems that you’ve the BPS or other security Plugin installed that prevent AJAX requests!

I already respond to your comments here.

You’ve the same symptoms we faced when we first developed the CJT6 Plugin to work with the BPS Plugin! I think you’ve BPS Plugin installed and now you just reactivated the BPS Plugin and activate the security htaccess files too! If yes please follow http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/bulletproof-security-issue-bypass-rule-fix?replies=1 in order to get the BPS Plugin along with the CJT Plugin.
