I think the comment notification goes to the author of the post. There are plugins to send that notification to other addresses.
Hi Joy,
Thank you for your answer.
I have tried “Better Notifications for WordPress” plugin and it worked well. After that I have deactivated the plugin and re-checked few times. It also working fine now.
But it’s not work yesterday at all. After that I have deleted the plugin from my website and now Woocommerce reviews and post comments moderation notifications are working as I expected.
It looks weird 🙂
Anyway thanks for your suggestion.

Hi,
I have a multisite network. Previously (at the beginning of site development) I used my email account for admin purposes. After that, I have changed the email into some other email address and successfully confirmed it. Also, I have created a super admin email associated with new email.
I have 4 sub sites and all subsites has the same email address. Also, I have changed root site Admin email too.
But if someone posted a comment to the website, still the email notification is going into the previous admin email instead of newly added email account.
How to fix this issue?
Thank you!
