This plugin is focused on post / custom post / pages status changes. For comment notifications there are already enough other plugins which will do the job.

No sorry, I do not use a comment notification plugin for myself. I thought there must be a good plugin for that. Did you find one? If not, maybe I should build one. 🙂
yes, but i had to use 2 to accomplish what i was looking for
i was looking for a plugin that would notify both the post author and the author of the comment if anybody replied to it.
i am using post subscribe to comennt reloaded but then i had to use another one to notify the first comment “custom comment notification”
it’d be nice to use your plugin for also these kinds of notifications
