    Hi,

    Since the update, like every one in europe i guess, the new box of consent was add when a customer buy something.

    One of my costumer forget to click on the box, how could i send him a new demand of consent ?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    If you are based in the EU and do not want to display a consent checkbox, please switch the “Verified Reviews” option to “No verification” (it is on the “Review Reminder” tab of the plugin’s settings).

    If you would like to use the “Independently verified” option and have CusRev to send review reminders on your behalf, then we require an explicit consent from your customers.

    Hi,

    Thank you. But it’s not what i asking for.

    I get it about the check box, but if a costumer forget to click on it, and want to let a review afterwards, how to do it ?

    @sibmol You will not be able. Developers made this plugin not usable anymore

    Hi @cometto @sibmol

    Please update CusRev to the new version 5.28.1 and check the option “Customer Consent” on the settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Im on 5.28.1 and there is no CUSTOMER CONSENT option in cusrev settings. It is visible only when i set NO VERIFICATION, which is not acceptable for me.

    @pear8398 Thank you for your response, but I maybe not explain my self correctly.

    I do not need help about making the plugin work. My version is 5.28.1 and the consent box is checked.

    I need help for : if a customer forget to click on the check box when he buys something, what can i do to update his choice ? Or update his command to validate is consent ? Or sent him an email to update his choice ? Anything ?
    Am i clear ?

    Hi @sibmol

    If the customer forgets to check the consent box on the checkout page, there is no option to update his choice. He will need to make another order and check the box in order to receive the review reminder email.

    @pear8398 the mandatory consent field is something you kill your own plugin with. collecting reviews is worth nothing because nobody care about it

    Hi,

    I think there is a problem: I have plugin updated to latest version 5.29.3 and in one website I do can find the “enable/disable customer consent checkbox” but not in other websites

    Same as you, the customer consent is not in my website too.
