Are any emails being sent? You can install a plugin from a service like mailgun or even the postman pluging to track which emails are being sent. A lot of times hosts block outgoing emails by default to prevent spam from being sent from their systems. If that’s the case with your host you would need to use a service like mailgun or sendgrid to send your emails.
I tried with a test user and got the confirmation the email on the test user email, but didn’t got on the assigned agent email.
Tried 3 times, and when I removed the tag client_name it worked again.
Do I need to announce client_name, don’t know if this is how you say it in English, on the function page?
Can you upload a screen shot of where you’re placing the tag?

I was trying on the subject, it didnt work.
On the email itself worked just fine.
Is there a way to place on the subject?

Hi:
Most template tags are only designed for use inside of the body of the email. A few (such as the ticket id one) can be used in the subject line.
