Hi, I have duplicated .com to .org (by the help of Duplicator) – and now SSL Zen still says there is an SSL certificate active on my domain name. How can I restart the process with my new extension? I can’t click on renew certificate because the current one is only a few days old.

What is the support email? I’ve tried to uninstall the SSL certificate on my new website and hoped to re-try it as usual via WordPress, but now my whole website is down. It says not found.
