“New Draft” to “Duplicate as Draft”

The term/link “New Draft,” which appears as an option, suggests to the user that clicking on it will generate a “new or blank draft,” not a copy of the post/page in draft form.

In other words, instead of “New Draft,” it should be better “Duplicate as Draft.”
