New Engagement Options Drop-downs Not Installed

I recently installed version 3.3.1 and noticed that there are no drop-down options in the Engagement options when creating a new engagement. Here are the steps I followed to reproduce this issue.

1-Go to Engagement
2-Click Add Engagement
3-Select ‘Trigger Event’ drop-down | All that it shows for the drop-down is multiple “S”
4-Select ‘Engagement Type’ drop-down | All that it shows for the drop-down is multiple “A”

I currently don’t have any engagements created yet, but according to the tutorial that was provided for this section: https://demo.lifterlms.com/lesson/make-your-online-courses-more-engaging-with-lifterlms-engagments/ it does not show the contnet drop-downs that should be provided.
