New Engine

I have worked in the computer industry for 50 years. Many years ago I was attending a conference where a new program was being introduced. The one thing I remember about the presentation was what the developer said about new release. He used the analogy of railroads. He said if you come up with a new super engine but it won’t run on the existing tracks it better be one hell of a good engine. Gutenberg is’t that engine.
