    After countless times of having trouble to try to engage your app to process credit cards, I attempted to purchase the premium, no link on my stripe account to the purchase you charged me for. and now I get a new error trying to use the free version.

    “You haven’t connected your Stripe account yet. Connect now to start receiving payments” I press the connect , it installs saying already installed, I get the error page which is supposedly the correct response, only to get back to the page of ‘You haven’t connected your Stripe account yet. Connect now to start receiving payments”

    To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:

    Uninstall WebToffee from Stripe Dashboard:

    • Go to your Stripe Dashboard
    • Navigate to Settings > Team and Security > Installed Apps
    • Locate WebToffee and uninstall it
    • After uninstalling, try reconnecting again

    If the issue persists, kindly share the following details:

    • The exact time and time zone when you attempted to connect
    • Your website domain
    • Your Stripe Account ID (found in Stripe Dashboard > Settings > Account Details)
    • Please share all these privately using this link.
