Interesting. This can actually be done non-natively, i.e. you can process a payment for 10% of the order now, then send a payment link to the customer manually when the item is delivered. Would that work for you?

The link I’ve shared will guide you around how to use payment links. You’ll need to update your integration to accept only part of the cost for each item, and then trigger a payment link during delivery. The plugin doesn’t have support for this, so you’ll need to hit the payment link APIs yourself.
