    Hi @alexxxsg,

    Thank you for the attachment. It might be because of a conflict between the plugins. Please deactivate all other plugins except Everest form and see if it works or not. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do the test at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind it.
