Red Evolution has just developed a new WordPress theme called “RedEvo Frilly”, please feel free to check it out.

I see you say “Under no circumstances shall the footer branding links be removed without prior consent of Red Evolution.” so that answers the question that there are sponsored links in you theme.

Please indicate the license (e.g. GPL) you use.

Actually our current WordPress themes are under GNU/GPL license, with all our templates people can, if they want, remove the links to us.

Sorry I forgot to indicate the license in my post… my mistake.
