Hi Wes,
Can you try testing for a plugin conflict? To do so, you’d deactivate all of your plugins except for iThemes Sales Accelerator and then see if the pages display properly. If they do, reactivate the other plugins one a time, testing each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict. You can also try testing for a theme conflict by temporarily activating one of the WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen.
Give that a try and let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Elise
I know it does conflict with WC pos
http://wcpos.com/
when the plugin was active i noticed that I could not enter an order through the POS terminal. I’ve deactivated it for the moment, I’m not going to mess around with the live site, I will play with it on our staging site over the coming weeks.
I would really like to have this plugin working as I use Woo Manager still and would like to move across to your version of it
Cheers
Wes

Hi Wes,
I apologize for the delay in response, however, this has been addressed now. If you update to the latest version of iThemes Sales Accelerator, this should be corrected.
Let us know if you continue to have issues after updating.
Thanks,
Elise

NUTS. Now I need to review an redact all of the author’s replies…
@ecalley I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
It’s never necessary either.
There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.
You get the idea.
Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
