There should be a conflict with another code, i see you use a cache plugin i suggest to temporary disable that or options form it.
Once found the issue, let me know so i can check on my side.
i tried doing that, It still leading to the home page. Also in few systems im not able yo login through the new admin and login. Im able to in few.
Also also what is the exact use of rewriting the plugins. does it hide the plugins we use on our site. Also does it not show on sites like themedetector. Because even after updating the re writes, theme detector shos the plugins I use.

Apart from ur plugin, would ur plugin be compatible with a broswer caching plugin. My site rums on high images being a travel portal. Also can we use a css/java minify plugins in tandom with ur plugin. would u recomend using any other disable/minify/security plugins which will be compatible with urs. ?
wp/embed & wp-ulities are still geting displayed. Also my developers are not able to login from their end through all wp options has been selected.
My developers and team members are not able to login from his end with the new user details.
Kinldy offer a quick fix for the same sir.
