New Jetpack plugin updates

Hi,
Yesterday I updated the Jetpack plugin and since then my site only the displays full articles instead of the “just display expert” as i’ve indicated in the reading and theme options.

Furthermore the pagination at the bottom has also disappeared.

If anybody is having a similar problem or can help me in anyway that would be great.
