New menu element

Hello everybody!

I want to perform some quiz on my site, but after install QSM plug-in on the page with the test it is showed some path for the test including “Quizzes & Surveys” which i do not want to display. Is it some way to hide this?

Line with route is: Strona główna » Quizzes & Surveys » Jak dobrze zarządzasz czasem?, which stands at the top of the test. I do not know how to attach photo, but when you enter the site u will for sure notice this.
