New Menu function for Wrodpress – CSS

    I have a website developed and I have just installed the new Menu Tool for WordPress. The naviagation worked fine before I changed it over but the the new menu displays very distored, if at all, in IE7. It seems to be behind the navigation div and I have tried editing the css with the z-index and position of the div with no luck.
