New Order Email

    Hi, I would like the New Order email to have the vendor each product was purchased from. I currently use the free version. Is this an option on the paid or not an option at all or something I can add if you know of a plugin?

    Hi Vicky,

    This is enabled if you have the sold by labels enabled. These must be enabled for the meta data to be stored with the order and subsequently the order emails.

    If the labels are enabled and they still aren’t showing, please ensure you haven’t got any email template overrides that might be causing issues.
