New order email template changed

    Hi Team,

    With recent updates on woocommerce and Easy booking plugin , we have observed new order emails are missing “Booking dates” and “Shipping address”.

    Is this known issue with woocommerce or I need open support ticket with Easy booking ?

    Hello,

    I don’t have the issue on the demo website (with Storefront theme). Dates appear in the new order email confirmation.

    It could be your theme having outdated email template files. Could you try with another theme to see if it works?

    I have tried staging website with “Twenty Twenty-Five 1.0” but the issue persists. Tried renaming “email-order-items.php” with no luck. I can see dates at wp-admin->woocommerce->orders->details but it doesn’t send in email .

    You might have a plugin overriding email template files? Could you try disabling other plugins (keep WooCommerce and Easy Booking) to see if it changes anything?

    Thanks Ashanna, I have found “PPOM – Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce” is the culprit plugin after disabling/enabling each plugin one by one. As this happened after latest woocommerce update , i suspect PPOM is not compatible yet with new version of WooCommerce. I wouln’t go back to previous woocommerce version as it is vulnerable. Do you have any other option to sort it out? Regards,

    Wouldn’t it be easier to see this with their support?

    Also, do variations show up on emails?
