It’s possible make new orders status with this plugin? I have various orders status with other plugin, but don´t work with your plugin.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

9MAIL only works with WordPress emails, it does not need WooCommerce

For WooCommerce custom order status, you would need to use this plugin instead: http://bit.ly/woo-email-template-customizer

Custom order status email will be assigned to “Default Template”, please visit our documentation of this part.
