New order status

All plugin functions work! But there is one feature that doesn’t work. New order notifications are not received. If you enable the “Enable nofications when any order status changes” function, you will receive a notification whenever the order status changes. Including a notification about a new order comes, only it is reported that the status has been changed, and not that this is a new order. One feature I’m interested in is notifications of new orders. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks!
