New Page Missing

I am a new admin on an existing wordpress site. I have built in several wordpress sites and plugins before. This site looks different as there is nowhere for me to add a new page. See screenshot below. In this site where do I go to create and design a new page for the site? I can’t even find a list of their current published pages. I looked in posts and do not see published pages there either. If screenshot is not working here is what my options are in the left navigation

It’s possible the page menu is simply hidden, but the page UI is still functional. Try going directly to the new page editor with the URL your-domain/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page.
It may be the user role you’re using doesn’t have proper capability to create new pages. If you’re able to install plugins, use a roles and capabilities plugin such as “Members” to alter your role’s capabilities.
It’s possible the theme or a plugin has removed page functionality. If you were to temporarily switch to a default Twenty* theme and deactivate all plugins, and your user has adequate capability, you will be able to create a new page. Once you’re done, you can restore the usual theme and plugins. Enabling page functionality without needing to go through this process would involve investigating how it was removed to start with.
