Hi!
Please go to “Integration” > “Page and Permalink” and test and make sure that “Force the strict use of the WordPress API” is checked. That should solve it. If not, please let us know!
What theme are you using? And what version?
Best regards,
Joakim @ Simple:Press
Hi there,
I tried that and the whole forum disappeared, so I reverted the setting. Anytime I make a post it is still is covering the post with the green box and “academy access” titles as shown here: https://kmriskconsulting.com/discussion-boards/questions-comments/testing-new-questions/#p3
It almost appears as if it is re-publishing the header of the page within the forum post? Are you able to assist further with this I would really appreciate it.
The theme is Vault and it is at it’s latest release, as is the Simple Press Forum plugin and WordPress.
Thank you!
Hi again!
Could you please try this. The combination of checkboxes is crucial.
- Go to “Forum” > “Integration” > “Page & Permalink”
- Verify that “Force the strict use of the WP API” is checked
- Verify that “Limit forum display to within WP loop” is checked
- Verify that “Bypass wp_head action complete requirement” is also checked
Sorry for messing this up the last time.
Hi there, I followed your steps and when I went to load the forum it is gone. Checking those boxes cause the whole forum to disappear. When I uncheck the boxes the forum comes back, but the issue persists. Thank you for your continued support here.
Good afternoon, I wanted to follow up on this. Thank you so much for your help. I am happy to provide access via a private url if that works. Thank you.
