New Post/Comment Email Notification does not send out

    After I upgrade to WP 3.7.1, the new post or comment email notification does not send out to register users as before. I went thru many previous posts regarding to this problem in this forum and have tried all suggestions as disable/reactivate plugins, recheck email account,mark all new comments … but so far no luck.

    Anyone has resolution for this problem, please help- Thanks
