Thank you for letting us know, It seems you are using NewsPaper theme by tagDiv.
The theme also provides a bundled add-on called the “Mobile themes” plugin, which adds custom templates for AMP pages so all AMP pages are currently being served by their plugins, the “Mobile themes” plugin by tagDiv also forces its Settings on the AMP plugin.
So we will recommend contacting them as they can provide you with better guidance regarding their AMP templates.
Additionally
If you are any shortcode to generate the latest posts, please ensure that the shortcode fetches the latest posts as output by trying the same shortcode on another page/post.
Please clear your cache and recheck to ensure that the latest content appears on the Home page, in that case, please make sure your cache for the home page expires after an interval.
