    Hello Support Team,

I am reaching out to report a concerning issue that I have encountered with the Post Grid plugin on my WordPress website. The problem revolves around the loading of new posts onto the grid, specifically the fact that new posts do not appear unless a specific action is taken within the plugin interface.

Here’s a breakdown of the issue:

    1. New Posts Not Loading: Whenever I create a new post, it does not automatically appear in the Post Grid on the website as expected. The new post seems to remain invisible until certain actions are performed within the plugin settings.
    2. Manual Update Required: To make the new posts visible on the grid, I need to go into the Post Grid plugin settings and perform a workaround. For instance, I have noticed that clicking on a different layout option (e.g., Layout 2) and then reverting to the desired layout, and subsequently clicking the “Update” button seems to trigger the new posts to appear on the grid.
    3. Limited to Logged-In User: Another crucial aspect of this problem is that these updates seem to apply only to the profile that is currently logged in to the website. Other users or visitors to the website do not witness the new posts until these specific actions are executed, which greatly hampers the user experience.

Given the importance of having new posts appear seamlessly on the grid without manual intervention, this issue is affecting the overall functionality and user experience of my website.

Thank you for your attention and support. I’m looking forward to your response and a solution to this perplexing problem.

    Best regards,

    Jasmin Taylor

    Hi @jasmindw

I read your all message carefully. It’s very hard to say why it happens without checkout. It seems it isn’t happening for the “The Post Grid” plugin.

Based on the information you’ve provided, it seems that the issue is more likely related to your website’s caching, theme settings, or possibly even a conflict with other elements on your site.

To troubleshoot and resolve this issue, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Remove all cache from the server and browser
    2. Disable plugin on by one and check the issues
    3. Update WordPress core and all plugins

If still you face the issues please make a ticket on the RadiusTheme support.

    Hi,

Thank you the quick reply. Unfortunately none of the 3 things above works. I tried to clear the cache and the first time it loaded automatically when i made a new post, but when i deleted the post it was still there and now it’s back to the beginning and won’t update when i make another new post. I updated all plugins + elementor but no luck.

I therefore wrote to RadiusTheme support.

    Hi @jasmindw

As, the first time it loaded automatically after clearing the cache, so it seems it happened for your server cache. Don’t worry our support team will contact you ASAP after checking your ticket.

    Thanks
