New pull request

I submitted a pull request containing the [apr_loopctr] code. It’s pretty simple, and as best I can tell shouldn’t step on anything else or get in the way of future development. I’ve not tested it in depth, but it slipped back into all the pages where I had the earlier version without trouble.
