Disclaimer: it’s unclear to me, partly because I’m new to block themes, whether this is a Beaumont question, or block themes question, or a WordPress question. Obviously if either of the latter, feel free to ignore this altogether in this forum.

In my trying to assemble a sort of “all posts” loop for an /archive page, it’s basically fully functional, but I notice that the pagination links look like

    archive/?query-10-page=2

    rather than something like

    archive/page/2

like you’d see in on the native date- and taxonomy-based archive pages.

Is this a theme limitation, or a WordPress limitation? Or am I simply missing a way to have this doing pagination links the normal way?

    Thanks.

Again, never mind. Finally realized that the Front Page template can be considered “static page”, making Index template into “blog posts”, and now once I suss getting a page title onto the top, everything does what I want.
