    Hello,

We’ve created a new API key to use for new relic within W3Total cache however get the following error:

API key verification failed: Internal Server Error

New relic is working fine for PHP/Inf on the host with data already visible.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @devksec

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
W3TotalCache is a performance plugin for WordPress that doesn’t install New Relic itself but integrates with an existing install of the PHP agent. The agent must be installed in order to use that integration.
Make sure that you have not included any extraneous white space characters when you specify the API key for W3 Total Cache.
Check if you are using Account API Key instead of your Admin User’s API key or vice versa.
    Thanks!

    Hello,

New relic is working as expected without any issue however the API key verification issue persists.

We’ve tried both user/browser API key.

    Many Thanks

The extension is installed and the monitoring section just has a button to configure a key and the app name is empty.

    Hello @devksec

    Thanks for the info.
SOmething is wrong with the API key so I’d suggest reaching out to New Relic.
    Thanks!
